Maybe Parotitis: The parotid glands are the saliva-producing glands.
Parotitis is an inflammation of one or both parotid glands. There are a number of causes including infection (both bacterial and viral), autoimmune (sjogren syndrome), obstructing stone or other causes of blockage, as well as sarcoidosis among many other less common causes. You need to see your physician.
