I went to the dentist had a bottom back molar pulled . i feel like phantom pains , then i get a pain from my jaw to ear to my neck . glands swollen only on right side same as tooth . sore throat also just on the right side . its been 10 days ?

Swollen glands indicate that an infection is present. Have you been using a salt water mouth rinse as recomendad and have you contacted your dentist to see what he recommends. I sugest that you do that right away.

You probably have developed an infection and should be seen by your dentist for a post-op exam and be placed on antibiotics. This is normal for many patients if you don't have a healthy mouth. Bacteria gets into the open extraction site and an infection develops.
