Possibly: A dull, vague pain on the lower left side of your jaw may be cause for concern with regards to heart attack. Bilateral jaw pain may be from clenching while exercising. Wearing a mouth guard while working out might make a difference. If this is a common occurrence, it would benefit you to see a dentist for and exam. .

Possibly: There can be several causes. The worst being a heart problem, to the other common cause, tensing muscles. See your dr. For an evaluation. Foe ease of mind, don't delay!

Perhaps: Depends. Since jaw pain in someone your age is possibly due to heart disease, see your MD ASAP. If you clench or grind you teeth while exercising, this can also cause jaw pain. Would be interesting to know if you hae other symptoms which would point to jaw joint (TMJ) pain and not heart: limited oral opening, chewing pain, joint noises. If you heart is ok, see an oral surgeon.
