Maybe: Exercise-induced headaches are most always benign and can last for many hours. Like most headache types the cause is not known. But there are more serious headaches brought on by exercise. These tend to be sudden or first time events associated with nausea, vomiting, sudden dizziness, loss of consciousness, double vision. If this is your first headache from exercise, see your doctor.
