Probably not: Clicking itself is not something that we would treat. If he is having pain, then you should talk with your doctor.

Depends: Depends. Consult with your dentist. If it is happening more often, or accompanied by pain or chewing problems, see TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
