No real help: to be had on-line but you should be seen by a physician as soon as you can. If the diagnosis is in doubt on exam then a maxilla-facial CT scan can be quickly ordered for diagnosis and guidance of treatment

Sorry, we can't.: Is not that we don't want to help, but you need a real life medical evaluation with a good physical exam and maybe some tests, perhaps even a biopsy. Please talk to your doctor soon. Hope it's nothing serious.
