Is fibrous dysplasia in my jaw something i should be worried about?

No: It's a curiosity without malignant potential. Jaw fractures are rare; if it is painful, ask about how it might be managed.

Asymmetry: Fibrous dysplasia of mandible usually not prone to fracture. However overgrowth of bone can cause some disfigurement or asymmetry.
