Depends: Most do will with a supportive forearm splint x 3 wks but this is something your pcp must decide after a hands on exam. If they find the buckle fracture atypical or have other concerns they may send you to an orthopedist for his/her input on rx.

Usually a removable splint is the easiest treatmen. If for any reason she does not seem 100% comfortable, get something more custommade (fracture brace or cast).
