My daughter (20 months) has a buckle fracture in her fibula, she did it monday but today the doc took the cast off as he said she doesn't need it??

It's ok: Since the fibula is not the primary weight bearing bone, a fracture can be treated less aggressively than a Tibial fracture. Additionally, a buckle fracture by definition is in great position. Additionally her age is another positive in not over-treating. She should do very well. Note if she consistently does not allow weight on that leg, which is a sign for medical attention
