Right ovary size is 5.5x4.2 cm and left ovary size is 3.2x2.7 cm and my uterus size is 7.9x4.6x3.3cm as explained in my ultrasound report.(28years)?

Normal ovary content: Ovaries can vary some in size. The main issue would be the presence of cysts or tumors causing enlargement. If just follicles then there is nothing to be concerned. Uterus seems normal. Contents of ovaries are most important.
