Cut carbs; tone Abs!: If you put weight on your middle, you are an apple. Cut your carbs (sugars and starches) drastically. Work on toning your abs, especially those that get obliques! paleolithic, south beach diet, atkin's diet...Same results. And exercise your middle. This will tighten it up, but will not spot weight loss!
