Great plan: Losing weight by exercising and eating wholesome unprocessed food( preferably 6 small meals a day) will allow you to change fat into energy and muscle. If you do some sit down exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles you will lose weight slowly and steadily and the skin will shrink down. No need for tummy tuck.
