My 3 yr old son has eczema since birth . we move to georgia and he starting to have eczema and sneezes a lot . what would be the best cream ?

Allergies : Allergies can trigger eczema. Many times children with eczema will also have other allergy symptoms. Egg, wheat and milk allergy are the most common allergies in children worsening eczema. At times it can be environmental such as dust and mold. I would recommend a visit to your pediatrician to see if your son can benefit from a mild steroid cream similar to Hydrocortisone + allergy testing.
