May be warts?: That's a common place to get warts. Especially if they look like there are tiny dark dots in the skin, and it also looks rough. Warts generally don't hurt, unless they are on a surface that gets pressure, like the bottom of your feet. You can try otc wart removers or see a doctor for treatment. They can spread if not treated.
