Fertility evaluation: Since it has been 10 year and you have not conceived, you should see a fertility specialist for an evaluation. They will look for causes that prevent pregnancy such as sperm abnormalities, ovulation or ovarian problems, and uterine and tubal issues. Treatment will depend on findings. Good luck.

Try and See GYN: There is no actual formula to fast conception other than trying without contraception. If that is what has been attempted for 10 years without success, then an appointment with a gyn md is needed to begin an infertility evaluation.
