Keep trying: If the medical abortion was done properly without complication, this is not likely the reason for your subsequent difficulty. Hopefully your wife still has an obstetrician she sees who can conduct an examination to make sure that everything is fine. If all is well with her health, keep trying.

Go see ReproEndo: The fact that she got pregnant bodes well for both of you. But the fact that you've tried for at least 12 months w/o success means it's time to call in the professionals, eg reproductive endocrinologists, to see what's going (and perhaps, what's changed) since 2010. Good luck!
