Need some help: There are several items. Start with your partners sperm count, a visit to an OB for an exam (look for structural hindrances) and hormone levels. A good way to tract hormone levels is to follow salivary hormone levels for a month (Genova Diagnostics). If you have PMS (suggestive of low P) your progesterone levels could be supported as progesterone maintains the pregnancy.
