Confusing numbers: Please resubmit your question with labels attached to the numbers, e.g. 220 lbs; 53 inches, etc. What is 7? For ideal body weight, we need height and weight. If u add degree of activity (none, light, moderate, strenuous) we can calculate approximate number of calories u need to maintain weight or to lose weight.
