Ideal weight: There are many charts and rough estimates to determine your "ideal" weight. On simple old way is to be 100 lbs at 5 feet and add 5 lbs for each inch, so for you roughly 115 lbs. The more recent way is to use calculation called the BMI or body mass index. Using this method your ideal weight range is 105 to 130 lbs.
