Where the money is: Start where you know there is something abnormal: the lungs. Has your doctor explained why you have multiple lung nodules? The cause could be related to infection (even with parasites like echinococcus) or malignancy, and either could be causing you to lose weight. Ask your doctor to delve further into these possibilities.

Serious: Lung/ chest ct and biopsy may be needed to define the issue. There are benign lung nodules but your weight loss is a concern for something serious.
