I had bc 5 years ago stage 1 no lymph nodes/blood vessels (5mm) gr1. a ct shows now 3 nodules rt lower lung subpleural 1.5, 2, 3.6 mm. metastasis?

Possible: Complicated question as there is not enough data - most breast CA recurs early, but not always. Usually dependent on hormone receptor status. I would be concerned about another cancer producing these nodules - could also be nothing....

Ct shows 2 mm & smaller indeterminant pulmonary nodules, in the right lower lobe. Tiny subpleural lymph nodes along the fissures. What causes this?
