Not hypothyroid: Tsh and ft4 completely normal. Addition of armour or other thyroid hormone supplement may make you hyperthyroid. Post-menopausal women are at high risk for osteoporosis. Hyperthyroidism causes bone loss, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate, possible arrhythmias. T3 (liothyronine) or ft3 is of no clinical use in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism.
