If i have 80% of hypothyroid symptoms and my results are: tsh- 4.03 m iu-l, t3- 1.26 ng-ml, t4- 80.6 ug-dl, could i actually have some thyroid issue?

While: Your lab is technically "normal", your TSH is slightly inappropriate for your age. Check w/an endocrinologist who may or may not consider you an appropriate candidate for replacement therapy w/brand name T4 replacement.
