Eat Healthy: I do not belive in any fancy diets..Like'milk diet'. I do not even know what it means. But i can tell you that milk is not necessary for adults..So stay away from regular milk...You can use 1% if you need to use it for your cereals etc. You can get all your proteins from non animal sources such as: eggs, nuts and soy products along with a supplemnt of fish. Avoid fats and keep sugar use to minimum.
