Dairy is best source: Non-dairy sources of calcium: calcium fortified soy milk, calcium fortified rice milk, tofu, sardines, beans, almonds, calcium fortified orange juice, bok choy, mustard greens, turnip greens, enriched breakfast cereals, etc... A shopper should always check the food labels to see how much calcium is in a serving. Also, tum's smoothies is often used as a calcium source.

Food sources: Sardines, Dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, turnip and collard greens, fortified cereals, fortified orange juice, soybeans, fortified soy milk (check label, not all are fortified), enriched breads, grains and then of course you can take calcium and vitamin D supplements.
