What is your diet..?: If you eat " regular diet" What is it? 2 eggs and milk may count for protein but better to have more variety. Vegetables, beans , yogurt, cheese, almond milk- good sources of nutrients. You may skip egg yolk for daily use. Cows milk in adults not best in large amount . Don't forget fish, avoid wheat.Drink plenty water and exercise regularly. Eat to feel good and be healthy.
