Teeth cleaning is...: One of the most useful dental procedures. Often, this procedure is more sensitive for those people who do not have their teeth cleaned on a regular basis. Therefore have this performed often. So make the appointment asap and you will be happy with the results.

See your dentist: You can see your dentist for tooth cleaning or wait until you need gum surgery to save your teeth from falling out. Or lose your teeth and have dentures. These are all options that to me are much more scary than getting my teeth cleaned. It's your choice.

Consult: Get a consult from a dentist that handles apprehensive patients. There are meds and or nitrous oxide analgesia that will relax you enough to get you past your anxiety.

2 ways. May an appointment to meet the Dentist, tour the office, discuss treatment philosophy, and inquire about anything that youndeem threatening. Go with a written list of questions, and get everything out in the open. Discuss with the Dentist medicaments that will help to ease your experience. Also arrange to see a mental health therapist who can get to the roots of your anxieties.
