I have a fear of laying flat or leaning backward in dental chair worried or will cause dizzy or vertigo i seem to get more lightheaded when i have to ?

Lying Down: Do you lie down when you sleep, or are you propped up with pillows? The dental chair reclines only so far, and it is less than lying down in bed. Your dentist needs access to visualize your teeth and that really can't be done while you are sitting up. Discuss your concerns with your provider.

Comfort zone: The appropriate anesthesia depends on the complexity of the dental treatment and your own comfort zone. With the profound local anesthesia and IV sedation you will have no recall of the events of the dental treatment or experience any pain. In your case IV sedation is recommended. Best of luck.
