Nose bleed/arm pain: I have seen thousands of patients in my life so far, but cannot really link there two together... Nosebleeds are usually more common when it's 'dryer' in the air, and typically do not relate to extremity pain. Rare cases can connect bone marrow diseases to bleeding disorders and pain in long bones, but that's very unusual. Use some nasal saline spray to see if the bleeds get better + let us know.
