See your PMD/ENT: The dizziness and nose bleed might all be related to a bad virus/sinus infection. If you have had significant bleeding from the nose, dizziness can be related to blood loss (go to er). If bleeding is very minor, try pressure on the septum to stop the bleeding, nasal saline rinses, and humidified air. Afrin (don't use more than 3 days) or claritin/benadryl can help dizziness if ears are popping.
