Nose bleeds with cry: There are many reasons why your nose might bleed when you cry. Anything from a dry nose to a tumor could cause it. If this is a persistent problem, find a board certified otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) in your area and get checked out.

Blood pressure: Your blood pressure goes up when you cry - puts you at greater risk for a nose bleed, especially when you have some superficial vessels that are exposed. This would likely be very easy to treat with cauterization (silver nitrate).
