Im having nose bleed for no reason.. it only happens when water get in contact with my face and nose.. yesterday during me swimming and today

See doctor: Most nosebleeds can be treated with a simple cauterization (takes seconds) at the nasal septum. In your case, the blood clot at the septum might just be loosened up by swimming causing the bleeding. If this persists beyond a week, make an appt with your family doctor.
