Unlikely to be PAD!: Many people get cramps in their arches and toes especially at the end of a long day on their feet. These are generally benign and caused by tightening of the hamstring muscles and tendon attachments down into the soles (plantar fascia). In worst case these can get inflamed and may need treatment, but prevention by stretches is key. If persistent rule out electrolyte imbalance with a chem test.
