Muscle strain: It sounds as if you are straining muscles by overwork or excess loading, and are deficient in hydration and or electrolytes. Strain: ease loads (reduce weight), add rest periods or decrease hours worked or rotate to non muscle use job. Massage with topicals like mentholated liniments, NSAIDs, ice. Hydrate: drink water or Gatorade, pedialyte, or a pint of water with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt.
