Hyperventilation: Hyperventilation is not an uncommon part of anxiety disorders in general. You'd want to be working with a psychologist and psychiatrist on this part. For the specific breathing part, you can learn diaphragmatic (rather than just up in your chest) breathing. Certain yoga exercises also focus on breathing, and may help you also. A health psychologist may be an option for this as well.
