How to lose weight: That requires a very long answer. However, the short answer is you need to burn off more calories with exercise than the number of calories that you eat. Walking is not enough exercise. You need to get your heart rate up to a target rate for 20-40 minutes a few times a week, and stop eating sweets and carbohydrates. I know, easy to say and hard to do, but that's it in a nutshell.
