5'4" @ 175 lbs.: Likely obese unless very muscular. Eat healthfully & be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training. You can mix & match different kinds of exercise.

Just made it...: Your height and weight make your BMI 30, which is juuuust into the obesity category. Granted, the BMI isn't the greatest index in the world, but it's all we have. You do need to lose some weight.
