Consider working w a: Nutritionist ; possibly a trainer. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise.

Most common: I suggest 2 diet along with exercise is a plant based whole foods diet and the Mediterranean diet. If you are young and healthy both are fine.
