Can embedment & removal of my iud cause uterine scarring & lead to infertility? i had my iud removed 3 yrs ago. ttc again for over a yr w/no luck.

Possible but rare: Iuds rarely cause scarring unless you had an infection with the iud in place, or the iud was embedded in the uterine wall needing surgical removal.
