Possibly yes: A ruptured viscus like the appendix can be messy stuff, and cause considerable fibrosis. It's possible such scarring could negatively impact your fertility, but a fertility specialist is best equipped to address this and other possiblities. It can - but relax.: Any intraabdominal/pelvic inflammation can scar the tubes and decrease fertility, however you are still young and have not even been trying for 12 months, so relax! think positive and remember that in vitro fertilization can help you achieve your dream pregnancy(ies) if you are still unsuccessful after 12 months.
