None, really.....: After an appendectomy, there will be no symptoms once the post-op pain is gone and the gut function has returned to normal. There's no physiologic consequence to the appendix being removed. Soreness should be limited to 1-3 weeks depending on technique. Good luck.

None: Most patients have no residual symptoms after a 'routine' appendectomy. Post surgical symptoms, if any, are more likely to occur after 'complicated' appendicitis, such as with perforations of the appendix.
