It's a possibility: Loose teeth often indicate a chronic and painless periodontal infection which has destroyed some or all of the gum and bone supporting your teeth. If caught soon enough, periodontal disease and be halted to prevent loss of teeth. See a dentist as soon as possible.

See your dentist.: You are risking losing those teeth and more teeth in the future. You need to see your dentist if you have one as you risking losing more teeth and needing gum surgery and pain and infections. You nacre in trouble unless you plan on treating your mouth.
