Your gums are swollen and loose from possible gum disease? Do they bleed? Gums are attached to your teeth just above the roots, not at the top, if at or below the roots, than you have periodontal disease[gum disease] and need immediate treatment by your dentist. Don't try to treat yourself.

So whatnyou are askingnisn who and why. What, loss of attachment of atheneum tissue fibers that hold the gums ton the bone that surrounds then teeth. Why, a combination of ineffective OralHygiene and failure to see a Dentist every 6 months for professional care. Please see your Dentist or even better a gum bone specialist, a Periodontist as soon as possible for gum disease treatment.

Three reasons I can think of: 1) Localized severe periodontal disease, 2) Severe perio/endo lesion which leads to excessive drainage, and 3) Severe malocclusion which leads to tooth mobility. Go to your dentist to identify the definitive diagnosis.
