No: It is recommended to leave them out to allow the muscles to relax. Leaving them in overnight could promote more plaque build up and thus more cavities.

it depends: It is usually better to take you partial out at night. This gives your mouth adn your tissues a rest from the appliance. However many people are more comfortable wearing their partials all night long and as long as you keep everything clean you should have no problems.

No: You will accelerate the tissue and bone changes under the acrylic area. You will not allow the supporting tissues to rest and recover from the pressure all day long. This leads to a sore mouth and poorer fit . You will allow bacteria to continue to grow on the denture and tissues all night long. It is very important to rest tissues, clean partial, and give the supporting teeth recovery time.

No: Ll removable dentures should be removed when sleeping. I agree with the previous answer and will also add that a denture will act like a food trap and increase the potential of getting cavities if not removed and cleaned at the end of the day. It will also create a potential for opportunistic fungal infections. Tissue needs some relief from the pressure of wearing the dentures all day.

Usually not: In most cases, it is best not to sleep with any partial dentures. Just as you wouldn't sleep in a scuba divers wet suit, your gums need to rest and breathe, so to speak. The biggest problem from 24\7 wearing of partials is tissue inflammation and possibility of fungal infections. There are exceptions or modifications to this rule. Discuss your specific circumstances with your own dentist.
