Bruxism: Grinding teeth while a sleep or bruxism considered a sleep disorder issue . It could be related to stress and anxiety .You might be in need for a night guard . Not the soft one over the counter but a hard and soft one done professionally by a dentist . Soft night guard do more damages than management.
