By a Mouth guard: To prevent grinding and it's pal clenching, i utilize a non compressable semi-soft guard. Your dentist can make one for you. A hard guard will let you clench and grind. The semi-soft allows you to clench initially, then it forces you open ever so slightly confusing muscles. Works well with many patients.!
