Less Masseter Spasm: Jaw muscles called masseters can be over active ; spastic causing clenching. My observations noted one-sided masseter spasm in people who slightly tilt head to one side, with spasm on non-tilt side. When two masseters unequal in strength, the jaw bone moves irregularly causing wear on temporalmandibular joint. Solutions include correct head tilt ; biofeedback to decrease masseter spasms.
