Not healthily: Reasonable amounts of weight to lose would be about 2-4 pounds per week. If you had a 40-50 pound tumor growing inside you and it was removed, then you might lose that much weight. But then, your problems would be much worse.

You shouldn't: May be by liposuction only if you are a candidate and have a lot of fat. But without surgery with a reasonable diet you can not and should not. You may be able to lose 10-15 pounds with diet in 2 weeks.

Make it 20 weeks: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
