Calcaneus : Did you mean your calcaneus? Your calcaneus is your heel bone and when fractured can be a very serious and debilitating fracture. If it was fractured and not surgically corrected , it can take 8 weeks or more for the bone to heal and 3, 6 or even up to a year for the swelling to subside. Your findings are normal and with time you will heal. If you continue with pain you need to see your doctor.
