It depends: Would need more info about whether there was a cyst on right ovary. Criteria for pcos vary--follicle # >12 or ovarian volume >10--but other factors also apply: hair growth, cycle characteristics. Best to find a good gyno (or repro endocrinologist if you're having difficulty conceiving)who will answer your specific question. Other ways to assess fertility/ovarian reserve--depends in part on age.

Unsure: Your questions cannot be answered based on the information you give. At thirty years old you probably do not have to worry about ovarian reserve. If you habe regular cycles you do not have pcos. Your chances for conception are probably good.
